Two motions, two authorities
Intelligence work runs on two motions: the standing watch over what is happening now, and the interrogation of what is already lawfully held. Most platforms promise to merge them. Massartu is built on the opposite conviction — that collection and holdings answer to different authorities, and a system that bridges them automatically has made a legal decision no machine should make. Massartu provides a platform for each motion, and refuses to be the bridge.
Two systems, a deliberate gap
It assembles the intelligence. It never renders the judgment.
The watch fuses and tags; the record retrieves and cites; neither concludes, and nothing moves between them without a named analyst’s mandated decision. Massartu performs no person-level behavioural prediction and makes no biometric identification — categorically, in any configuration. Analytic judgment belongs to a cleared human, every time.

Two platforms, side by side
Massartu is not a third programme and not a fusion of two. It is a Baru instance and a Nabu instance deployed side by side for the intelligence mission, separately accreditable and independently disconnectable, under the sector’s own governance and oversight. What each platform guarantees everywhere, each instance guarantees here — and the gap between them is guaranteed by architecture: every crossing is deliberate, attributable, and verifiable after the fact.

Both instances run on the same shared stack — one layer for where things may happen, one for whether they may. Anshar bounds each instance to its own zone with explicit entry and exit conditions, which is what makes the gap structural rather than procedural; Kittu governs what each agent may do and records the evidence behind every element an analyst sees.
