Vasil Miovski
An enterprise and business-transformation architect with more than thirty years of international experience across the public and private sectors — including collaborative initiatives with Five Eyes partner agencies. A practitioner-architect, equally at home setting strategy at the executive table and executing hands-on in the technology itself, with deep expertise spanning systems design, cybersecurity, data-centre architecture, enterprise architecture, and applied AI.
He has led digital transformations from $15M to $350M and beyond for major Canadian federal agencies — CBSA, ECCC, Shared Services Canada, FINTRAC, Transport Canada — from Protected-B cloud migrations and AI-ready high-performance computing environments to founding enterprise-architecture practices and chairing the governance boards that hold them to standard. Vasil founded Miovski Group in 2003 and is now leading its expansion into edge AI: an integrated product line for governed intelligence at the edge — anchored by the Origi trust-assurance framework, which he authored, and the Tangram operational architecture, which he co-authored — applied across the defence, medical, legal, and urban domains.
